Gluten-Free Vodka Sources
Grain-based vodkas from wheat, rye, or barley depend entirely on distillation to remove gluten, which introduces potential cross-contamination risks during production. While effective for many, these cannot be labeled "gluten-free" under TTB regulations.
Non-grain vodkas, however, use sources free of gluten from the outset:
- Blue Agave (Astra Imperiale Vodka): Plant-based from Blue Weber Agave, zero gluten proteins ever present
- Potato: Starch-derived, naturally gluten-free like Chopin or Luksusowa
- Corn: Inherently gluten-free grain, as in Tito's or Deep Eddy
- Grape: Fruit-based, safe and naturally gluten-free like Cîroc
These make vodka gluten free reliably, perfect for celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or intolerance as offering wheat free vodka and grain free spirits without compromise.
